Our Services and website are intended for individuals located in the United States. If you access our Site from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

1. Who We Are & Scope

NewSkin is a Bellevue, Washington medical/aesthetic practice offering medical spa and facial plastics services. We operate in affiliation with ProSculpt LLC, an affiliated practice within the same facility that provides body contouring, liposuction, and skin-tightening procedures. While certain administrative resources (facilities, scheduling) may be shared, each entity maintains separate clinical and business oversight. Services performed under the ProSculpt name are subject to ProSculpt’s own clinical protocols and service policies.

This Policy applies to information collected through our Site, calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions related to appointment requests and patient intake. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for medical records.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, phone, mailing address, preferred contact method.
  • Consumer Health Data (MHMDA): concerns you share about aesthetic/medical conditions, treatment history, photos submitted for consultation, appointment notes, and similar information.
  • Billing / Payment (if applicable): billing address and transaction metadata (payment is processed by third-party processors).
  • Technical / Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and cookie/pixel data.
  • Communications: messages, call logs, SMS replies (e.g., STOP/HELP), and chatbot interactions.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and coordinate consultations, care, and follow-ups;
  • Communicate about appointments, reminders, updates, and service information;
  • Operate, secure, and improve our Site and in-office operations;
  • Perform analytics and conversion measurement;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not use precise location tracking and do not use geofencing to collect or track consumer health data.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive messages related to appointments and services. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required for treatment.

  • Withdraw consent for sharing of consumer health data where consent applies.

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

15. Testimonial & Photo Consent

Any testimonials, before-and-after photos, videos, or other identifiable patient content featured on our Site are shared only with the individual’s prior written consent, in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Washington privacy laws.
