3. Relationship with ProSculpt LLC
NewSkin LLC may feature or coordinate certain services with ProSculpt LLC, an affiliated practice that operates within the same Bellevue, Washington facility. ProSculpt provides body contouring, liposuction, and skin-tightening procedures under its own clinical and business oversight.
While NewSkin and ProSculpt share certain operational resources such as facilities, administrative systems, and appointment coordination, each maintains separate professional, financial, and operational structures. Treatments performed under the ProSculpt name are subject to ProSculpt’s own clinical protocols and service policies.
Your engagement with either entity will be clearly indicated at the time of scheduling or service.
4. Intellectual Property
