Shain A. Cuber, MD

Dr. Shain A. Cuber is a plastic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience helping patients achieve natural, confidence-enhancing results through personalized surgical care. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College before completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he served as Chief Resident He then completed a fellowship in Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microsurgical Reconstruction at Rutgers University-New Jersey Medical School.

Dr. Cuber has dedicated his career to aesthetic plastic surgery, with a special passion for body contouring and breast surgery. His areas of expertise include tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, mommy makeover surgery, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, Brazilian butt lift (BBL), fat transfer to the buttocks, arm lift (brachioplasty), thigh lift, and body contouring after significant weight loss.

Drawn to plastic surgery because it combines the precision of medicine with the creativity of artistry, Dr. Cuber believes that every procedure should be tailored to each patient's unique anatomy and goals. Kelly Kafka, MD, FACS

Dr. Kelly Kafka is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a passion for precision, innovation, and transformative results. With over two decades of surgical experience and a distinguished background in both civilian and military medicine, Dr. Kafka brings a uniquely comprehensive and compassionate approach to aesthetic body surgery.

Dr. Kafka completed her medical degree at George Washington University, followed by rigorous training at the Medical University of South Carolina and UT Health San Antonio. She is dual board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and holds licenses in multiple states. Before entering private practice at NewSkin in Bellevue, WA, she served as a plastic surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center, where she also led trauma teams in deployed settings. A veteran of high-stakes surgical environments, Dr. Kafka combines technical excellence with calm under pressure—traits that now benefit every patient in her care.

Paige Savage, PA-C

Aesthetic Physician Assistant

Paige Savage, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in advanced aesthetic medicine who is recognized for delivering refined, natural-looking results through a thoughtful, evidence-based approach. In addition to her clinical expertise, Paige is known for creating a patient experience that is calm, honest, and judgment-free. She believes that delivering the highest standard of care requires a commitment to lifelong learning, and remains dedicated to ongoing education to continually refine her craft.

Originally from Texas, Paige earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has since pursued extensive training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser and energy technologies, and medical-grade skincare, allowing her to offer a comprehensive approach to aesthetic care. Paige's philosophy centers on subtle, strategic enhancement: prioritizing facial balance, rejuvenation, and results that never appear overdone. She takes a highly individualized approach to each patient, developing treatment plans that are intentional, informed, and aligned with their long-term aesthetic goals.

Kaylee Deatherage, RN, BSN

Nurse Injector

Caring for others has always been Kaylee’s passion. From a young age, she aspired to become a nurse, a goal she achieved by graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. Kaylee quickly earned her RN license and began her healthcare career in Oncology, where she honed her skills in patient care and compassion.

Her love for beauty and wellness led her to transition into Aesthetics, where she completed a rigorous aesthetic residency program through a tenured and prestigious organization. Kaylee is recognized for her thorough consultations, excellent patient care, and gentle touch. Combining traditional nursing with aesthetic expertise, she has become passionate about helping patients gain the confidence they need to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Tyler Wassom, RN

Nurse Injector

Tyler Wassom is a seasoned healthcare professional with over a decade of experience, primarily in emergency medicine. Born and raised in Seattle, Tyler began his aesthetic journey in the spring of 2023 after spending his career as an Emergency Services Technician and RN at some of the nation’s most prestigious hospitals. After graduating from Santa Ana College in 2020, where he served as Class President and Mentorship Coordinator, Tyler excelled in restructuring a Code Stroke Program at a critical access hospital and precepting Resident Nurses. His dedication led him to a Charge Nurse position at a Pediatric Trauma Center, a role he ultimately chose to leave in pursuit of his passion for Aesthetics.

As a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Tyler regularly attends training seminars and aesthetic nursing conferences to stay updated with the latest treatments and innovations. He feels most fulfilled when working directly with clients in the treatment room, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals with precision and care.

Jessica Kent

Licensed Master Aesthetician

Jessica Kent is a Licensed Master Esthetician who earned her license through a unique apprenticeship program in Washington state that requires three times the standard hands-on training hours. She is also NCEA certified, one of the US’s highest voluntary aesthetic credentials.

Jessica attended Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, where she studied biology and fine art. With six years in the beauty industry, she specializes in holistic skin rejuvenation, addressing the root causes of skin conditions to achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy results. Jessica believes that tackling the underlying issues makes lasting improvements in skin health and integrity possible. Her clients trust her to take them as far as they want on their aesthetic journey, often becoming lifelong skincare enthusiasts.

Kathryn Romley

Licensed Master Esthetician

Kathryn is a Licensed Master Esthetician with a focus on corrective treatments and advanced skincare technologies. She has been in the beauty and wellness industry since 2011, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience across both clinical and spa settings.

Originally from Michigan and raised in Florida, Kathryn began her career in cosmetology before expanding her scope across the country and internationally while supporting her husband’s naval career. After relocating to Washington, Kathryn earned her Master Esthetician license in 2021 and has since established herself as a trusted provider in Bellevue.

Kathryn’s approach is results-driven, with an emphasis on creating sustainable, personalized treatment plans. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and her ability to work confidently with a wide range of skin types and conditions. Her diverse professional background has also given her a thoughtful understanding of how cultural influences and lifestyle factors can shape skin health and client needs.

Heather McLean

Certified Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist

Heather McLean brings 20 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in aesthetics, body sculpting, and women’s health. She proudly graduated from Clover Park College, earning Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy certifications. Heather has an extensive leadership background and is dedicated to ensuring all patients have a great experience and achieve their desired outcomes. She loves seeing patients build their self-confidence through her care.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, and making memories with her family and friends.

Kristin Storrs

Director of Operations

Kristin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where her love for aesthetics blossomed through both personal interest and professional experience. She began her aesthetic career at Advanced Hair Restoration 2018, where she assisted patients in achieving their hair restoration goals. This role deepened her love for helping individuals regain their confidence and self-esteem.

With a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and Leadership, Kristin merges her academic background with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional care. She finds joy in connecting with her patients, understanding their unique stories, and witnessing the transformative impact of aesthetic procedures.

Outside of her professional life, Kristin enjoys exploring the stunning landscapes of the PNW with her husband and two children. Whether hiking scenic trails or discovering local gems, she treasures these family moments. Kristin’s dedication to aesthetics is not just a career; it’s a lifelong passion that motivates her to continually learn and grow in the field.

With a background in Fashion Product Development, Alex brings a refined eye for detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetics, which enhances her ability to create a thoughtful and elevated patient experience. She excels at building meaningful relationships while guiding patients through their visits with ease, confidence, and professionalism.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys international travel, exploring new cultures, and experiencing diverse cuisines.
