3. Relationship with ProSculpt LLC

NewSkin LLC may coordinate services with ProSculpt LLC, an affiliated practice in the same Bellevue facility that provides body contouring, liposuction, and skin-tightening treatments.

While we share space and certain administrative resources, NewSkin and ProSculpt maintain separate clinical, financial, and operational structures.
You will always know whether a service is provided by NewSkin or ProSculpt at the time of scheduling and treatment.

4. Online Store, Products & E-Commerce

We care deeply about patient safety. Please review all ingredient lists carefully and conduct a patch test when appropriate. Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if irritation occurs.

NewSkin is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

4.3 Shipping & Fulfillment

We work hard to ship orders quickly. Delivery timelines may vary, and delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain disruptions are outside our control.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

To maintain product integrity and meet safety regulations:

All purchases are final sale.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Opened or used items cannot be accepted for return.

This applies unless otherwise clearly stated.

4.5 Pre-Purchased Services & Banked Units

For injectables, lasers, packages, or other pre-paid services:

Must be used by the expiration date
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Require a candidacy check at time of treatment
• Expired or unused units have no cash value

5. No Warranty for Products

All products are provided “as is.” Third-party manufacturers are responsible for any warranties they offer. NewSkin is not responsible for changes in formulation, discontinued products, or manufacturer claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, text, videos, trademarks, and software on this Site belong to NewSkin or our licensors.

You may view and use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and treatment descriptions are meant to educate and inspire — not guarantee an outcome. Every patient’s skin, anatomy, and response to treatment is unique.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain a reliable, helpful Site. Still, to the fullest extent allowed by law, NewSkin and its team are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, discontinuing use is your sole remedy.

9. No Medical Services Provided Through the Site

This Site does not diagnose, treat, or assess medical conditions. Eligibility for any treatment can only be determined by an in-person evaluation with a licensed provider.

By using the Site, you agree to defend and hold NewSkin harmless against claims resulting from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights.
